Welcome to our new Director of Qualitative Research!

Introducing our new Director of Qualitative Research, Chris Wells, MSW, author and doctoral candidate in educational psychology. Her dissertation topic is a phenomenological exploration of the experience of parenting stress in parents of children identified as twice-exceptional. She is currently studying the history and conceptual evolution of Dabrowski's theory of positive disintegration, and has created an archive of work related to the theory. Her other major research interests are the constructs of giftedness and twice-exceptionality, the creation of imaginal worlds, and qualitative research methods.
